Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a

30 days “Any Reason” refund policy.

 

This refund policy applies even if you've already received access to the product you've purchased, or received all of the deliverables from our service. 

 

We want to reduce your legal stress, NOT add to it!

 

How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you can email us at [email protected] to request a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase (meaning the date you made your payment for that product/service).

 

If your refund request meets our policy's requirements, we will issue your refund as soon as possible.

 

What happens after a refund is given

Requesting a refund effectively means you're turning back time to before you bought one of our products or services.

 

This means you get all your money back.

 

It also means that you lose your rights to use anything you gained from us (as if you never had it).

 

While we can't take the knowledge you've gained out of your brain, you are not allowed to use any templates, documents, plans, videos, or any other paid content/deliverables you've received for that purchase.

 

For example, you can't get a refund for Template Toolbox and then publish the Terms & Conditions you generated in Template Toolbox on your website.

 

We respect your decision to request a refund. Please respect our ownership rights for our content (and the time, effort, & money we put into creating it).

 

Additional legal rights

Our refund policy is in addition to any legal rights you have, and it in no way replaces those rights.
